benefits of the bath with cold water

Use warm water bath is fun, when we are very tired. Or if we're sleeping less is better to use warm water bath. Or if we are sick is a good idea used bath water warm.

But if in fact daily bath with cold water was better for our bodies because:
  • Better bath with cold water because warm water can make skin dry.
  • Should avoid bathing with warm water is rinsed with cold water because it can make the skin rough.
  • It turns cold water bath can ease the stress due to tension, and the recommended temperature of 12-18 degrees centigrade.
  • Bath with cold water, it's still fresh and the skin more elastic. This is because cold water has a temperature of the water with the same degree water. This will make skin feel more comfortable and fresh.
  • Cold water is also good for the beauty of cold water that will be close and thus keeping them moist.
  • Therapy can be called a cold water bath, as bath with cold water can increase the production of white blood cell.
  • Bathing in cold water to provide coolness and make us feel more tired after rileks work or perform routine activities daily. Cold water is also useful to maintain skin moisture.
  • To keep the skin moisture remains awake, give body lotion immediately after bathing.
So better if you do not have a very strong reason for a bath with warm water, it is better to bathe with cold water. The more you will feel fresh ... after the bath, safe bathing
