Sports during fasting

Fasting is sometimes the reason why we are number 1 sport at the time of lazy days of Ramadhan. Because it automatically at the time we are fast we do not eat and drink from dawn until the sunset. So that if we exercise, our body fluids of the missing, there is no replacement, to the open eating and drinking later.

But not the actual reason is also that during our fast we do not exercise. We can maneuver why, how we exercise when we are fasting, in a way:

Try to select a sport with the condition, select a lightweight sport, which at least does not make us very tired when fasting.

Reduce the intensity sports. For example if you like cycling, then paddle bicycle only slowly, do not have a bicycle pedal quickly. Or if you run away to the morning, then at the time of fasting to change your morning run with the quick way.

Reduce the time your sport, if you are usually on the day of sports 2 hours a day, then at the time of fasting try reducing it to 1 hour.

Reduce also frequency sports. If breakfast is usually run every day, then at the time of fasting, just 2 days once.

Should select the sport around 1 or 2 hours before fast. So, if we're done for sport, we can directly change the fluid lost, as is 1 hour fast, and do sports.

Body fluids lost during fasting, which coincides with the heat lost in the output after we exercise. Replace with a sweet drink, and sweet foods.
