women and Stress

Women are very vulnerable to the stress problem. Stress not only can perch on the women who work in the office, stress can also override the mother's household. Try to identify whether you enter the zone should stress that you must be vigilant.

First, psychological symptoms, the feelings of frustration, irritability, wistful, disappointed, and not feeling powerless.

Also you can cry, scream at the vehicle rock the boat in the World Fantasy or laugh while watching the comedy, only what is in the heart, at least make you feel free.

Or listen to your favorite music, and keep thinking positive thinking.
