Sport

Exercise is necessary, to maintain body fitness in order to appear fresh. If you like sports in outdoors, it's good you do not forget to treat your skin to give your skin protection.

Try to see the tips below:
  • Make sure the skin face and your body in the net before and after exercise.
  • When the sport does not try to use make up the bold, use the trappings of light does not use the powder bed, so that does not clog pore-pore skin due to sweat.
  • Wearing a sport shirt and natural fibred clothing in clean condition.
  • Save the skin with sun block (Sun block or sunscreen), especially in sensitive areas such as face and lips.
  • Immediately clean your body after swimming or desalinate sea or water swimming pool. Because water swimming pool can cause allergy or irritation on the skin.
With a healthy body certainly think we can clear the gap between the solid routines. And with the sport then we can enjoy healthy. In a healthy body there is a healthy soul.
